ABOUT ZACH

Zachary Alti is a board-licensed psychotherapist, coach, and educator.

Most recently he was featured in the New York Times #1 Best Selling book the Myth of Normal.

He has taught as a professor at Fordham and Rutgers Universities, and served as founding Editor-in-Chief of the 21st Century Social Justice journal. He has presented at a variety of venues including the Psychotherapy Networker and Brand Networks.

Zachary has been featured on NPR, Fox News, the New York Post, Women's Health magazine, Better Days radio, and Now Hear This radio. He writes the Mental Hygienist article series for Psychology Today.

Zachary's work aims to bridge the research and ethical standards of therapy with the power and efficiency of coaching.
